How to log a ticket with Building Connect Support

This guide will explain how to log a support ticket.

  1. From the Navigation Bar, click Open Ticket

  2. Click Support



  3. Enter the following:
    Subject - Briefly title for your query/issue
    Related Service - Select the service your are contacting our support about.
    Priority - Select how urgent the matter is to you.
    Message - Describe the issue that you are experiencing.
    Attachments -  You can attach pictures to better explain your issue.

Click Submit to email your support query.
